How long does it take?
Most guests spend 25–45 minutes inside, and you can move at your own pace.
What does a ticket cover?
Tickets are sold per person. One ticket admits one guest for the timed window you choose.
How scary is it?
It's an intense, theatrical haunt — live actors, fog, and the dark. We recommend ages 12+; under 12 should be with an adult. Our actors won't touch you, and you can opt out any time.
What if it rains?
The haunt runs in most weather. If we ever close for safety, your ticket is good for any other night this season.
Can I come outside my time slot?
Please arrive within your window so we can keep entry smooth. Running late? Come to the gate and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Is it accessible?
Much of the route is step-free, though some areas are dim and uneven. Accessible parking and restrooms are available — see our accessibility page or call ahead.
Can I get a refund?
